Hey Pudd, glad to see the gardens doing well this year, with the economy the way it is, it can help stretch the all mighty buck. The wife puts mulch over her garden bed, it keeps it moist and the weeds down too. The mulch keeeps ground from warming up and drying out and if you put a few inches of the mulch the weeds won’t grow. I’m surprized to hear your cats named after my son, well his nick name anyways. Then again he’s just a big pussy cat too. Say hi to “D” for me and good luck with everything and my God bless you and the family. Oh yea one more thing GO WINGS.

Yea Jons been telling me about it, he says alot of people he knows have switched to it. nice to see you still keeping up with your garden this year, Lori has a small one this year too. It,s a great way to off set some food money if you grow what you know you'll eat for sure. Lori's growing a do it yourself salsa kit, plus one of our favs zucinni. The kids are getting bigger, and I can see the weight you've lost in your pic too. Keep up the good work with the weight loss, kids and the garden. I miss talking to you, take care. Dave (Bendayhoe)

32 lbs down since November and working on it again. last month has been time off with the flare up ugg but time to just start pushing threw it because its not stopping ! Gotten back on the bike ( before D has a brake down over the money we spent on it and not using it! ) and back to monitoring the calories ( not that i have to ,1 month of no monitoring and not a lb was gained back! i am doing it right!! ) Got to start lowering it again to the next step down LOVE YOU MOM
