When a deer comes to visit

Ok so I’m stumbling around and find this very cute cat site just full of pic’s. Well my little girl monster

makes me stop and look threw them she loves meow meows. and i came to this one and i have to ask…

were do they live!!!! omgosh! a mommy and baby deer coming right up to your door to visit LOL how totally great is that. I hope it wasnt because they were looking for food dont like that thought.  What a moment that must have been. glad they had there camera handy!

hurricane dolly

well it reach catagory 2 before it finally hit land 35 miles north of what they thought. the good news is its still far from were my parents are and its not going to get stronger.. the bad it is closer then they thought and the wind and rain is a lot worse then they expected. they didnt leave the island because they expected just minor winds and stuff that would be “fun” to be in.. now they are not so sure but they were saying the ferry and such were going to be shut down because of the water lvl. so they are just going to ride it out. i pray the waves do not get so high they go over the dunes and onto them… and they can always hide in the office if it gets scary in the trailor.

pray for the safty of everyone in the path of dolly to be safe.

once again my roaming has lead me to a wonderful site full of life’s hard ships and gods awesome love and blessings!i first visited blackberry blessings which lead me to I will learn to fly is such a inspiration to us that follow Christ, she has fallen on hard times and how the lord has steeped up to provide and protect them in so much! Its …awe striking to read threw her post and realized just how good god is and how loved we are. I have only read a hand full of what she has posted and already i am .. moved and renewed buy what god has done for her family. I would love for all of you to hope over and visit her, read threw a few of her blessings and tell me you are not moved my gods love and protection for his children!

what happens when the garbage man doesn’t pick up your garbage!

Well we tend to over flow buy a few bags each week at my apartment.. i still say this would be FIXED if they would bring back the recycling bens! there is ONE left that made it threw last years switch of owners when the old manger used the other 3 or took off with them… now there is one that is always full… meaning HELLO ppl are still wanting to recycle. i know i use it and my trash output has dropped buy half. if i had a use for a compost pile id find a way to do one on the back porch to that would use up some more garbage. SOOOO THIS WEEK must have been very busy for some people because  this is what it looks like this morning. it was like this Monday morning when the garbage man pulled up and.. left it.

normally the few that are there he HUCKS to the back on the grass there and takes the garbage but oveasly there was to much to huck this week… so… what do you do when they dont take the trash??!!! omgosh!

I called the landlord and told them and was like umm..so what do we do ?? he said he would call them lol but how much more do you think will be piled up before its taken care of. what a MESS! AND ITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT. this picture was taken standing right out side my front door. what a morning view hu.

What food i will not freeze again!

Cabbage! .. ok ok if you have a good way to freeze it please let me know… i tired and it failed badly. About 3 weeks ago i tired to make cold slaw and only used half the head and decided to freeze the rest for later. Well i pulled it out yesterday to make with dinner and once it started thawing out and cooking it just …smelled wrong to me, i tasted it and it was like… sauerkraut! not what i had wanted at all OMG! sooooo unless there is a tried and true way to freeze it i will not be doing that again..yuk

this is NOT frugal at all!

I come to respect and admire this women every time i pull up her site. shes a converted atheist to Catholic and struggling to find the way just like the rest of us that found are way back to are father. Her post today tho is one that sparks a lot of emotion in me.. and everyone im sure regardless of what side they stand on. she has been talking about abortion lately and wrote and article for America magazine one the subject. i wanted to drop a link here and hope find the time to visit her.

she is completely right in her thinking that today’s men and women have disconnected sex and .. children! and are shocked when one leads to the other. ..sigh i am not in the right place to really sit and go farther into how i fill aobut this so i leave you with her link .

OHHHH Friday!

Well here we are again at the end of another week. I get to pick up my glasses tomorrow before i go shopping Ill finally be able to see clear again!

my omg moment for this week? my brothers sister in law HAD HER BABY YESTERDAY!! A little girl her first! they are all very excited GRATS SARA!!

so i kinda did my Friday check in early this week but it does not diminish my 20 LBS LOST! still so thrilled about this. It has really helped me get re motivated.
I have been really making sure that i do the few daily strengthening exercises that i had planned out for my self. I can do 20 leg lifts now ( the ones when I’m laying on my back and legs straight out) then just the 10 leg lifts on my side after that is still what is comfortable. I HATE crunches but have been doing 20 – 30 of them.. i don’t think i ever do them right grr. i have to find another ab move that will be more affective. I have had to not do any of my arm stuff because of my shoulder STILL blah. It is getting better now finally..slowly.. i got some icyhot cream and that seems to slowly be doing the trick. THANK YOU ICYHOT!

I can not wait to get back in to baking. I have been finding all kinds of things i want to try. I am already getting together my menu for thanksgiving since i am doing it here this year for a few people. .. ya ya i know its a pretty stander menu lol but i fill better having a list so i know what i will need, have or forgotten!

emily and I spent most of the day making playdo spongebob squarpants people… well I did and she spent that time tearing off arms and legs and then informing me i must fix them. At this rate ill be able to make a darn good spongebob soon!
