Well its been QUITE some time
hasn’t it! Well if you guys have not figured out yet my interest in stuff comes and goes in interval’s LOL but thought it was time to give an update. ITS SPRING!!!!! oh i have been waiting !! I have a ton of veggie plants started and on the patio in there containers. I will ( hopefully) take some pic’s and go threw them with everyone .
FIRST, as you can see by the new tracker…. 30 LBS GONE !!! Yes I started in nov 208 and have been taking a very slow slow time changingg how i eat, how i look at food, when i eat, how i exercise … the whole deal you all! This is not a diet its a change in my life. Now I know its a permanent change because i actually hit the 30 lb mark about one month ago… Then have been dealing with a mild flare up and other fun stuff that has kinda of derailed the momentum on the weight loss. and with all the side tracks and not riding my bike and not watching what i was eating diligently i STILL DID NOT GAIN IT BACK!!!! BINGO!!!
So as much as the last month has kinda.. you know lol been blah It has shown me in real time that all the things i have been teaching my self and working so very hard for have stuck! I know that I have brought down the lvl of my eating to a point that THIS weight can be sustained with out any work, and that to me is SWEET NEWS!
I have become very hooked on steamed carrots, beats, cabbage and beans!! Its great with some cheese or with some light Asian dressing , that’s my favorite! Lots of chicken! The long I eat this way the less i “want” to eat the really fatty foods… which is not totally cool LOL. I make breakfast for dinner once a week… eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. my family loves it! I end up having to make my slightly different from the family’s dinner now tho LOL but i just have a craving for more fresh less heavy stuff…… but if I’m not careful
i know i can get the taste for it back LOL.
Well Im still 1/2 asleep and foggy lol but i have more to post later! I will work on showing off my patio garden.
