How do you know if your food is good?

Well let me tell you ! If you have a hit the family all goes back for seconds and then starts to whine that there is not enought for more or lunch tomarrow! I HAD this happen last night LOL for me that was great i was on cloud 9 all evening i made a pork tenderloin with creamy black beans and roasted red taters. the beans were davids fav, he insiste this is how i make them from now on LOL… that was my most worried dish, i forgot to soak them so i threw them in the crock pot in the moring , one cup of black beans. with 3cups of water on high. after a few hours i dropped it to low  and added lots of garlic and onion power and a bit of red pepper powder for some heat.. next time ill add more salt and red pepper. and an hr before we ate i took about 3/4 cup out and mushed them really well and put them back. this is supose to help with the creamy part but it didnt thicken like i would have wanted to not have to strain it so i put in about 1 tbs of corn starch and BAM it was perfect!! and they gobbled it up ..EVEN DANIEL my boy who hates anything not meat or peanut butter LOL.

so this will be going on the family favorit list that is for sure. david said that and rice would be great LOL.

what a man i have!

ohhh my husband is so good! I was suppose to  go shopping yesterday but it was like 104 or something totaly crazy and we were out of milk and he was out of tobacco and i would have just been lazy to not go, but he INSISTED i stay and go in the morning when it was cooler and he went up to the little store and got milk.. NOW omg lol how sweet is that! one of us was going to have to go out and he went for me

this has been a very nice trend lately… its like when we were dating and he would go out of his way  to do stuff for me just because. Its so sweet!

oh man it was so hot yesterday.. after David went to the store for me i pulled the mattress down stairs so everyone could sleep out down here were it was nice and cool and stayed up 3 hrs later to keep it running for them and pulled the ac in. Man it was already warm when we woke up!

He got a bike from a friend of his from work. a big 21 in brand new bike. (davids 6′5) and hes starting to ride to work and back.. about mmm 30 blocks so not to bad.. boy is he filling it tho! i better get on and ride that bike too lol to keep up with him. cant have him get all in shape and still be a pile of BLAH. Hes super excited to have a bike again its been ages. I cant say i know what brought it up for him but it worked out great. the bike was free and its a 400 dollar bike and we get to save  like 65 dollar’s a month on buss!

well im getting side tracked all over the place lol so ill leave it at that for now!

just a post

Well wanted to come and let everyone know I’m still alive I’m still having this stupid flare up. stiff in the morning, exhausted in the evening and the brain is a fog! lol good think i don’t do anything technical

david and i started back playing world of warcraft a few weeks ago. Gosh what is the pull to this game! we have been playing it just before Emily was born lol and she will be 4 in dec. We have taken a few brakes from it for a month here a couple there but in the end we always come back to it. I know why i go back, its for the social network. A year and half ago we changed servers and we started are guild kiss my murlock! We David ended up leaving shortly after for a larger guild that was established and doing endgame stuff /grin that’s what he likes in the game lol I’m well away of it! I prefer running around by my self and having a chatting guild to turn to for socializing.

So the last few times KMM is what has pulled me back. i worked so hard to get this guild up and going and to make it what it is. some of the Nice’s on line people are there ( or I’m just biast! ) and have made my play time extremely enjoyable. Its different coming back to the game still being burned out ON THE game but needing to still reach out to the people that i have had contact with over the last year.. some  from the beginning of the guild! Each time i had to leave someone alse took KMM over and took care of it.. as hard as it was to watch someone alse running it i see that its made the guild as solid as it is. Now hairy is running it and doing a great job and this time i have no thought of tring to regain leadership hehe the guild has started running endgame stuff which is fun but..wow when you have to be at the head of all that its to much for me. I dont have the stamina for running that part of the guild.

..blah got distracted and my brain wont pick the track back up agian. oh well   My brother and sister in law are moving to texas so he can get his managment training lol its suppos to be 2 years then he will move to a new shop. hes been with the company working on the trucks for 5 years and has been talking about this for some time. they are in the prosess of getting the house ready to sell.. its a mixed time for M.. my brother is alreay in texas starting his training and she’s here alone with the kids lol poor girl! he will be comeing home in a week to help get the house ready for the market.. sigh shes over welmed tring to get it all done.

I LOVE MY COFFEE! homemade Folgers all the way to my hazelnut mocha frapp at Starbucks! when its hot its iced when its cold its steaming… but never give me fat free or decaff… THE HORROR I TELL YOU THE HORROR!!

for the few readers i have pardon the laps in post wial i have this fibramalgiama flare up my brain is on the Fritz and all the post i want to do i cant … make coherent atm.. we went to the zoo Saturday ill tall you more i hope later on that .. and it has just wipes me out physically and mentally. We made the cut

Well yesterday they laied off 10 ppl from my husbands work. they new that it would be coming because they shipped a lot of there work to another branch and what they had left was not enough to support the 17 employees. so some corporate big wig came in yesterday and called 10 of them in and sent them out. I am more relived then i know how to say that my husband was not one of them but .. also very bad for the other family’s that just found them self’s with out this job. My husband is having a very hard time with that, he has been at this job for 9 years. and a few of those that were laied off were there before him and almost all were his friends. You don’t work in such a small work envirment and not ‘know” all your co workers. Hes not one to talk about it like us girls but i encourage him to talk about it by asking questions about it but i don’t want to push it..sigh.. all i can do is give him the pampering that makes him relaxed and happy to help him make it threw this.

I thank the lord that we were spared the cut and spared the hardships that would have come are way and i pray that he is watching over the family’s that didn’t make it.
