how odd

Well as you seen on my bible study i read about daniel this week, my son went with his friend to wed bible study at are church… they did daniel too!! that was just so weird. It was great tho because then we got to talk about it when he go home. i enjoyed that. They only went over the last part were they put daniel in the lines den and god saved him from the line… but totaly did not talk about the three boys going into the furnice. Well i thought it was way cool and wanted to share.

bad dreams

I just want to say that there is nothing better to put a damper on your whole day like having a dream about the end times. fire shooting out of the sky, lucifers hounds eating ppl.. ya fun times fun times.

Bible study ~~ dreams

So im a big baby and it was 29 degrees out and just could not make my self go out in it sunday! So i dedicated a good hr or there abouts to reading the bible. when i do this i just sorta open to what ever and always end up some were with answers that i need .

Today i went to Daniel, there are a few stories in Daniel that are good, one you will remember if you ever had to go to Sunday school. this is were the king made a huge gold statue and told the kingdom if they did not worship it when the music played they would be thrown into the furnace to burn. Well Shadrack, Meshach and Abed-nego would not bow down and the king made his guard take them in. the guards burned up but god saved them. when the king looked in he seen FOUR ppl lounging around in the furnace…. 1.st amazement.. they were not being harmed by the fire.. 2.nd.. there was a forth person with them! he called them out and relized there god was the true god that it could walk with them and protect them from the fire!

that was just a nice remind for me to think on about the FAITH that they must have had.. and i wonder if such things still happen..I know there are ppl with such faith still but saddly we never hear of the great things that happen because of it.

Well the real answer that i pulled from Daniel, one that had me torn for a wial and one that helped keep me devided from the church. The church as i remember tought us that witch craft is considered evil and they lump all things in to that. ppl who have profetic dreams, or visions or stuff..

in daniel 1:17 ~~ As for these 4 children, god gave them knowlege and skill in all learning and wisdom, and daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.

well well well…. GOD GAVE HIM understanding! so this means to me that the ability to know this not against god! It is not a sin to be able to know and understand. Its not a sin to tell ppl. its still muddy water with other things but im confident ill be shown the answers as i need them. but to know this unburdened a little more from my mind.

thank you lord for the knowledge that you show me ! Thank you for helping me to be free to love you more!

oh my god i hate the cold!!

its like 26 degress this morning!!!! I HATE IT! /cry last night i had to pull out the little heater and turn it on in the room for us and hubby is using the “real” heater downstairs when we get up…. i swear every time it clicks on i hear money being sucked out of my bank! Im like ok put cloths on ppl! grab a blanket!.. but ya when its to cold for that its time to turn it on. i keep checking it to make sure it stays ..lower lol someone will turn it to 90! I have blankets on the windows to keep out (some) of the cold… but it always finds its way in to me. blah. time to put some bread in the oven.. ohhh ya! a reason ( in my opoinion ) to cook!

when happy meets sad

oh well im still full and bloated ! my mom in law and her two step sons 17 and god.. 19.. those boys CAN EAT! wow WE had good good good food and the boys all played guitar hero 3 on the 360 what a blast! I still have not delt with taking the rest of the turkey apart lol its in the fridge waiting for me! I thought i made so much food but it was almost all eaten! It made me fill so good that they all liked it so much.

then the damper.. my friends mother who has been battling cancer has gotten worse and they think it might be time… my heart brakes and i want to find the right words.. but there are none. I just tell her i am here if she needs another place to turn. Its so hard to watch someone suffer and know that you can do NOTHING to stop it! NOTHING!! Try and keep it light hearted and make her laugh.. forget for just a min… oh lord help my friend, hold her close and comfort her. We love you girly and pray for you and your mom!

wow so much thanksgiving food

lol i have been busy this week! Monday i made up banana bread , sourdough bread and a batch of oatmeal cookies. Tuesday i made 6 COUNT THEM 6 pumpkin pies! it was suppose to be 4 but i guess i didn’t make deep dish LOL the fire men will be happy to be getting 3 instead of 2 ! today i have to make my potato salad and get my platers ready and the rest of the hustle is tomarrow!!

i am loving every min of it tho! its so much fun, i just wish we had more ppl coming over to share it with is, but /shrug ill just have to fill up those that do come over lol poor mom in law!

well guys in the middle of all your cooking and eating and foot ball watching make sure to take a few quite moments tomorrow and contemplate WHY we are coming together and what it all really means. What are you thankful for?

Remember the real reason you work your but off at work everyday and make sure you are actually enjoying them. Don’t work so hard to live the dream that you actually lose it in the mean time. Hug your spouse, play with the kids, take long weekends! Do not forget what is really the important things in your life.. that uswally gets pushed to the back trying to so hard to make it better for them…. you know what? they don’t want better , they want you!

now go eat some food! happy thanksgiving all!!!!!

Crafty

well unlike my sister in law im not naturaly crafty. I LOVE crafty stuff but i seem to come with two left thumbs ….. i do love my stumbler…. i ran across this site … crafters community… you may have to reg to see this part im not sure, but its free and takes 2 seconds. its a whole group of ppl posting there crafts and they have these craft contest! right now they are doing one.. get and ugly tacky thrift shop idem and make it awesome. Now LOL i dont think i could do this but i was reading this girls post for this cute little wallet that i SO COULD do!

well i think im posting this mostly for sis but anyone who wants to be crafty should look at it.

I had an emotional .. answer? wial at chuch today tho. something i have been really praying about and needing to know what derection to go in. I was relived by the answer but now have to come up with a new game plan lol well i am sure the lord will give me one when the time comes.

I have been very involved back in my game ” world of warcraft ” and my friends online. They are like my little chat room support group lol. hubby and i have played this game for over 2 years. it… has been up and down about it. LOL if any of you play you will understand. Some days i hate that he plays so much.. others i thank god that he does! LOL.
