I LOST 20 LBS!!!

Well i was just fill so blah i thought to torture myself more by pulling out the scale. but WOW!! I had to get on and off a few times and check the dial to make sure it was working right. 285! omg! july i started at 305lb and now 3 months later 20 lbs!

just when i really needed to see some real progress,and was worried that i was not doing anything right. how awesome. Thank you lord for giving me the knowledge and strength to make it this far!

The only thing i can think that really kick started it was the random strength exercises i have been doing all threw out the day for the last few weeks.. its my /cough lazy exercise. I have gotten a few of them now

cooking? do a rep of leg lifts. lounging around watching tv? do some leg lifts. laying in bed? do some crunches. I am still just able to do 10 at a time but some days i do more then one rep.

I AM JUST SO DAMN JAZZED!!! talk about getting the modivation to keep going strong. ok well just had to share with everyone!

stumped on my baby steps

Well i got off track a tiny bit for a week or two but have made lots of effort to straiten it out. I am back to my 4 16oz glasses of water/crystal lights. I make sure that even if we do not walk i do some sort of exercise in the house. I do lots of random leg lifts and butt tucks lol, 30 cruntches at bed time. I have not been able to do any arm stuff dow to the knot of muscles and i am totally babying it…. but…. what do i do now? I am not even sure if i am ready for a next step because i keep having to pick of the routine again, but when i should… i don’t know what the next baby step is! OMG.

any ideas? LOL I KNOW there are a few people visiting here! I HAVE GOOGLE ANALYZER MUHAHAHAH.. well i know there are hits anyway so guys i could really use some advice here. maybe the next step is to really have a set time and routine for home exercises.

sigh, my head hurts and im just tired. I guess i will have to think of it more later. the answer will come to me it always does.. even if its the wrong one lol.

well my parents made it down to my brothers house fine but they have /GASP no computer!! … wow… and they are so far out there they have to drive into town to get a signal on there cell phones. Its crazy. It sounds like shes having a good time with him tho and getting to know his soon to be wife. I think i made her mad ( imagine! ) lol some day i will learn to not tell her what i really think.. or not! I did learn it from her after all.

David went to the clinic after work, his face was swollen and in pain. I guess he… so gross.. popped what ever it was in his gums and then he went on in detail describing it to me.. i will spar you! He got his anti biotics and pain killers.. he offered one to me for my shoulder but HA my system is so stupid. I can not take generic vicodin or i get so sick. I guess the pain is not worth the trade of at the moment. Just a couple of more days tell we get payed and ill call my own dr…. ya don’t ask how i was able to juggle the money for David and not my self.. Its just what i do.

I seen food 4 less starts there AWESOME thanksgiving sell thursday! 19.99 you get a 4lb ham, 14 lb turkey, 5 lb potatoes, gravy and corn.. oh and rolls. I believe you are allowed 2 ( /cough per trip ) WOOT me and my sis in law have been so waiting for this! time to stalk the freezer.

OMG the kids are nuts for tomorrow! HALLOWEEN! David has to work a little late but it should not be to bad. He is uswaly home at 4:30 so even if he gets home at 6:00 its still cool.

LOL she is mad i did not post for today… don’t worry I am still alive! Its been a full weekend.

Friday: David’s gum got swollen and has been having tooth pain on and off all weekend.

Saturday: on the way to shopping i step on the the number 15 buss and who do i see.. my old friend and neighbor! she my driver today Her and her 3 boys lived next door a yr ago for a few months. I have missed her a lot and her boys. So before I got off the bus she said she is coming to pick me up at 5:00 for dinner! /happy dance.
Got my eye test done. Wow, she gave me this look and said “you are JUST barely legal to drive”.. lol well its a damn good thing i don’t drive then hu i said.. i laughed out loud at the look of relief on her face. I can read up close fine enough, she wanted to do reading glasses too but i really do not want to have two glasses to keep track off. It was a pain free experience UNTIL she did the drops to make your pupil HUGE! the first drop she tells me ” this should not hurt at all unless you are one of the weird ones”.. i am by the way then the next ones.. the second she gives them to me she says “ya these ones will hurt a lot” OMG the top layer of my eye was BURNED OFF! no wonder she waits until after the drops are in! Ok then i picked out some frames, i have descent enough insurance. they covered up to $60 so at the end i payed $9 LOL. They should be in next week at some point… hopefully next Saturday when DAVID goes in .. i didn’t mention the second drops to him LOL
ya.. now im blind tho because my pupils are huge and the SUN IS BLINDING ME! Thank god the winco was right across the street. So all i had to do was navigate one major street half blind from the sun and half from the stream of tears…. NOW if i were smart and not vain i would have wore the lovely glasses they game me.. but i didn’t. This was a interesting shopping trip LOL.
When i got home David’s tooth was worse and I finally told him that i could just invite her in for coffee, i don’t have to go out to catch up with her…. I don’t think he was up for company tho so decided that dinner out was ok.
She had to work late, some phyco got on her buss.. she brushed the story off to fast but i let her. We went to Applebees and had a YUMMY dinner! I love there club sandwiches, the bbq sauce on it is sooo good! I have to not be a flack now and keep in contact with her, i am very bad at calling

Saturday night: Dans cough wakes me up… i tried the trick i read about on the web. I put vicks on his feet and put socks on him. a few minuets later he settled down and was not bothered by it anymore…. weird hu???

Sunday: First thing this morning.. 6:30 david ran up to freedys with Emily to get the new guitar hero 3 game for the ebox. so between his time on the couch being miserable he is playing that non stop!
I had been planning on becoming a member of my church today. I did the members class last Wednesday and they told us that we will have to come up after one of the services to say we want membership… /SCREAM i am not good going up in front of crowds. I have been so nervous about this but very excited. I wanted to talk to the pastor Tom before hand tho to make sure that today was ok.. Thank goodness I asked! They ended service different this week. they were showing gratitude to the staff this week, so i will be waiting until next week.
Now I am home, Dan’s cough comes and goes but he has the rosy cheeks of ” I am sick” and Emily has been falling asleep like 3 or 4 hrs early every night the last 3 nights but not showing any signs of being sick other then that.. Davids mouth is swollen and hurts, he thinks hes getting sick of fighting off the infection so he fills like crap…….. And in the midst of all this, My damn shoulder is still a knot of painful muscles and its up my neck and down the other side… and with $ 2.22 in the account, so no calling the doctor to try and get some help that way i guess. SHIT
Gary just dropped Keith. They went to a Halloween party at his aunts house last night so I’m sending him up early to bed to make sure he gets enough sleep! I was complaining about my shoulder and lack of funds and he offered to cover the copay.. shit how can i hate you when your nice /kicks a rock… So i will be calling my dr. after all. God all i want is ONE DAMN muscle relaxer to make it stop!!!!

ouch my shoulder!!

Man this is getting old! this is my 4th day of my shoulder muscle being in one huge knot. Its moving up in my neck and to the other shoulder now and i just want to scream. I went today and got some of the thermal heating pads that you can walk around with… not really working tho. I was going to call the dr this morning for a muscle relaxer but talked my self out of it, i guess if monday its still bad ill have to talk to her. I just worry that it will affect my back and it will go out again.. or what ever.
I have had lower back issues since i was 16.. LOL i got over excited to help fill the back yard with rocks when my parents were redoing it. I thought i could do it alone in an hr! Ya i did it then the first time, then a couple of years later again when i was working a warehouse job ( that was such good money blah) and lost it after 3 failed attempts to come back to work. so now and again ill have very bad lower back pain, i have done physical therapy 3 times and still nothing i just have to not over do it on my back.

so i am being so careful about my back right now because last time i ended up on the floor in my room stuck and unable to move. wow. i don’t need that again. so anyway im bummed because as david was leaving for work he said “leave that damn rolling pen alone today and let you shoulder get better!” /sob hes right too so no baking today! oooohhhhh mmmmaaaaannnnnnn!!!!

tomorrow i am going to have my eyes checked so i can finally get my glasses i have been putting off for a few years now. I guess i am tired of not being able to read stuff on signs lol or having to have my nose on the computer to read! so i am excited to finally be doing it. I’m not thrilled about glasses but ill have to find something fun. Ill umm maybe take a pic and post it LOL maybe.

OHHHHH MY WEEKLY CHECK IN!!!

I had to get on my self again about things, like the water and walking. had to get remodivated. but i have gotten back to at least 3 glasses of water and walked every other day and leg lifts in the kitchen when cooking.

starting 305lb
last week 291lb
this week 289lb!

woot the two pounds went away!!!!!! I have been more carfull about what i was eating even when baking. so today i was doing a little jig in the bathroom after weighing in! go me go me go me! lol no to keep it going! i think working on the strengthening stuff will help tho because you know muscle eats fat!

Wow I am being discovered!

Hay all! Well I have a great time with my blog. I like to be able to share my daily crap with the know universe lol and since starting it i signed up for Google Analytics Its a great place to track who is coming to your site and it has links back to were they are viewing your site from! so each day i check to see how many new people have stumbled across me and how many return visitors i have! so far i have had 89 actual visitors but my page has been viewed over 300 times!!! OK OK OK sooo some of that is my mom and sister in law LMAO but i can so live with that

ok so the real purpas for this post was this morning i had jumped from 78 visitors to 89 new ones and was like WOW were did they come from! i love Google analytics so much! well what i found had me dancing in my chair hehe.
